Our strength is our ability to step in, understand our client’s needs and complete comprehensive and successful research for your executive search.
Our first step is to build a target list, including both organizations and individuals. Following that, we conduct outreach to potential candidates and sources to develop a long list.
We are also available to conduct phone screen interviews of interested candidates and provide weekly reports on outreach candidate development. We can also conduct reference checks.
